I ordered a custom cake for a birthday 5 days beforehand. Came to pick it up today and at first the wrong cake was brought out to me. Then when I told him which cake I ordered, he went into the back and then came out and told me that “their system was hacked, and they lost all their orders for the week.” (Who hacks a bakery?!) Anyway, he informed me that they had one Black and White cake left, but instead of the 6” cake I originally ordered, it was instead a 9” double layer (meant for 10-18 people!). Not only was it way more cake than I needed, it also cost me $20 more. I’m really upset that I had this experience because over the years I’ve really enjoyed their products at the bakery.
