I have been coming here for about 2 months now and my barber Vinny does an amazing job. He takes the time to make every haircut I have received the best it can be. I highly recommend him because he works with you to give you the exact haircut you are looking for. And you can tell he truly cares about his work. The price is worth the service you receive here and I will definitely be recommending this barbershop to all of my friends.

I’ve gotten many haircuts here. I don’t think I’ve ever written a Google review for anywhere. Before my latest experience, the past 2 out of 3 haircuts I’ve gotten here have been objectively poor quality. The reason I’m writing this review, however, is because of consistently poor customer service. In one instance, my scheduled barber was on his phone for 10 minutes past my appointment time while I sat 15 feet away from him in their lobby until another barber who’s the only consistently good one I’ve had there, Rick, approached him to tell him that his appointment was waiting. Today, I needed a late haircut so I booked a 7:30 appointment with Andy. At 7:25, I was in the neighborhood, but there was genuinely no parking within a 5-10 block radius, so I spent literally 25 minutes driving around 5-10 blocks trying to find parking. There was legitimately nothing. When I finally found parking and got to the shop, I walked in. Andy was in their chair looking at their phone and didn’t get up to greet me. All the other barbers were working, so I walked over to Andy to start to apologize for being very late. Their first words were “I can’t cut your hair in 10 minutes. I have another appointment at 8. I’ve already charged you the no show fee.” When I asked how much the no show fee was (I didn’t know because I’ve literally never been late before) and asked if anyone else had availability at 8, it seemed like they were offended I would ask and they said that everyone was booked. I understand the no show policy, but this honestly comes down to bad customer service and poor quality at this point. My most recent experiences here have been so poor that I won’t be back.

I had a TOP TIER experience getting a haircut from Ali at Acme! They listened to and understood what I wanted and came up with cool creative details that i loved 😎. The full barbershop treatment was soo luxurious and the shop environment was friendly and clean. 10/10 recommend Ali!!!

The shop itself is spacious and in a good location. But this review is for Ali Satterlee specifically! Ali is seriously one of the most detail-oriented barbers out there. Definitely one of those barbers you make a drive for if need be! One of the best!
