very bad customer service!! bad experience! They took a month to give me my contact lenses but that's the least of it! The doctor looks very professional but the staff she has does not explain the charges for the eye exams. I made an appointment for a contact lens exam and when paying, they told me that I have to pay for a lens exam that they also did for me (which I never asked for and don't even use). I told them that when I made my appointment they never mentioned that to me but the staff has very little interest in helping a client so I paid an extra $100 for something I don't even need.

Majority of the employees are bilingual. They are very nice and attentive to the customers. When I go there for an adjustment to my glasses I have no problems at all. Very little wait time if any.
