Great community! They are true innovators in Health and Elder care. They are partners with Eldergrow, a Washington based, nation wide company that brings nature indoors with therapeutic horticulture classes. This community has 2 beautiful indoor gardens that are cared for and maintained by the residents, with the assistance of the activities department and Eldergrow educators. This partnership perfectly demonstrates the care, consideration, and passion for wellness that this community shows to the residents and family members here.

PLEASE DONOT put your elderly or handicapped loved one in this place. Although they have decent people in the staff. They helped kill my mom by not caring for her wounds. They expect $5000.00 a month payments to house and care for your loved one. And if there are problems they call 911 for ambulance transport to Providence or other local hospitals. Therefore adding more cost to your family.

Do not place your family member here! My mom had knee surgery. I transported my mom from the hospital to the Everett Care Center. It took over 30 minutes for the staff to find a wheelchair to help me get my mom out of the car and to her room. My mom sat in her room while I unpacked her belongings and tried to get her settled. During her stay there was three occasions where a caregiver/ nurse tried to give her someone else’s medication! Unbelievable!! Thank God my mom is able to advocate for herself! When my mom pressed her call button for assistance she often waited 30 minutes or longer for someone to respond to her needs. The quality of the food was horrible. I will say that all the staff were kind but lacked training. There is one doctor working part time serving the whole care center putting the workload on one charge nurse. My mom used to love this center but found, that with the change in ownership ,there have been a ton of cut backs sacrificing the quality of trained staff and care. I sincerely worry about the care of the patients who are not able to advocate for themselves. My mom will never return to this care center!
