This store has the worst help in the world, I’m a senior citizen and went with my husband to get lumber 1st the wood we purchased was so bad we went in to get our money back cause there wasn’t a decent board in the pile then they had 3 employees sitting on their butts visiting while we had to get 2 x12 x 10 boards from the upper level and down by our selves. Laziest staff I have ever seen anywhere, I’m really surprised you don’t have a ton of lawsuits because theres never any help loading even from the upper level,

Great place to shop for about anything. Menards has great variety of item and materials to choose from at pretty nice prices.
I would try Ace hardware they sell rope by the foot.

No. They recommend it but in no way do they enforce it. I've been an employee there through the pandemic and they won't make you or even ask you to get it. Hope this helps!
