Always a fun time but they never brought the food we ordered for our loge box. Concert was great and the staff helpful. Until the next great concert….

Yes there is just say you need help and you and your party can sit in front area with no stairs. Sometimes they don't want to let you just persist. Just because you look normal doesn't mean you don't need a little help. None of their business what your disability is. Mine is unseen.
You need to call the tickets seller and check if there is any availability for that. Maybe they would be able to do something to help you out.
No clue I'm from Montana and was there visiting family and went to a Football game there.
Probably the south entrance. That's where you buy tickets and there is an elevator under the stairs.
Yes, Wells Fargo Arena has different venues, Winter Jam was just one of the many. Mercy Me will be playing April 12th
Marketing and promotions department would be a good start. Usually the most publicly available phone numbers.
Depends on the hotel, I would check with specific ones. There are several that are very close walking distance
There is 2 ways to get inside the building, the walk from a hanicap parking spot is only about 5-6 min walk and you pay 10 dollars to park in the parking lot. And there is handicap parking but make sure you have a sticker to ensure.
No small purses either all have to be clear
15,000-17,000 depending on how the venue is set up
I believe all events that would gather a crowd more than 25 people are cancelled until further notice.
The Trump 2020 rally will not be held at the Wells Fargo arena. It will be held at on of the Drake University stadiums
I work for CSC. All bags are checked. Clear bags are grear.
Current information is at https://www.iowaeventscenter.com/wells-fargo-arena
Street parking may be free depending on the time, but you'll probably have to park a long ways away. The main lot is across the street to the north and is pretty expensive.
top north side (Front entrance)
there are family restrooms.
They definitely have handicapped seating, my wife is handicapped and we have used it a few times. I can't speak to if they have any available, but they likely will because they have quite a lot all along the back of the lower ring. Look for ADA seating on the site when you go to buy tickets
Yes in the main lot and parking lots around the arena charge $10 for parking. If you have a few minutes to drive around and your event is on the weekend there will be some spots within a couple blocks on the street you could find for free
When requesting tickets, say you want ADA seating. That will get you into the disabled section.
Typically small purses are allowed, but searched, cell phones are fine. Personally, I'd recommend going with as little as possible.
Usually by the vets auditorium just across the street
Like they said, but I can say that if you have one I would take it with.
It always depends on the event. If you bring one when they are not allowed, they will ask you to return it to your vehicle. If you don't have your vehicle there, they will have security keep it for you until after the event.
I would call the ticket office. They could tell you.
Don't know. It wasn't advertised around arena. Call Wells Fargo between hours of 9-5pm they would be know.
There's at least a hundred restaurants within 5 minutes of driving or a dozen restaurants within 10 minutes of walking
Yes
Don t know Don t follow it .
I think you get the tickets before the event starts
Found out it was for urgent medical reasons involving vetebre.
I usually just drive down there because I am close but I would call the ticket office in the morning. And that is definitely not Ticketmaster. You will pay too much if you call them the front desk is always cheaper
The doors for WWE events usually open between 6:15 & 7:00pm
