This store lost our business. We were planning our fall party and going to order lots of chicken and when we called, someone asked if we could hold up, and they put us on hold for too long. We ended up going to a different company, who right away placed our order. We want to give our business to someone who wants our business.

Doesn't surprise me. The place is ran like a circus pretty much everytime I've been there. Employees sitting in the counter, shouting at each other. I've heard my fair share of swearing in the kitchen every time.
There is always a now hiring sign yet you always see at the least 7-8 employees running around. Drive thru guy is horribly rude, always shutting the window in your face. Never communicating with customers basically throws the food out the window at you and it's such a shame because it's my favorite place to eat at
Service was poor, guy behind the counter turned his back on us and two other groups. When asked if they are taking orders he said no, I'm waiting for more food to come up. Dinning room is a mess, wish I could add a photo. Icame back up and an off duty employee was more help the the working ones.
