Ease of access, self serve. Quarter based instead of purchase cards. The person I spoke with over the phone was helpful and informative as I was a new customer. Good location, good parking.

Clean place, great working washers and dryers. Convenient food place right in the plaza if you get hungry while you're waiting. Just wish it had WiFi.
