I had an issue with my service and getting tires on my Van. The Manager Tom handled the situation professionally, quickly and much to my satisfaction. I was considering not going back there; however, I have changed my mind because the management there actually does care about the customers. The technicians are awesome and the one that worked on my car should get a raise.

Had 4 new tires put on my car (not from mavis) about a month go. Yesterday i had noticed one of my tires was losing air and discovered there was something stuck in my passenger rear tire. Called up Mavis and spoke to Ricky, he got me right in. They pulled out something that looked like a railroad spike from my tire. Patched it up real good for me and saved me from having to buy a new tire. I was in and out in under an hour even as busy as they were. Dealing with Ricky and Joe was nothing short of a great experience, I would definitely go back to them again without question.

I have used this Mavis for brakes, tires and alignment. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. They are very honest in determining what your car needs, they price substantially lower than other options and they do an excellent job. They are very friendly and accommodating.
