No they do not have an offer like that particular one, as some one previously stated if you buy the big one popcorn and pop combo they will refill on the one trip that you are there not if you leave and come back for another movie, one stop shopping ( personally I really enjoyed the one bucket you could buy and refill the whole year no matter how many movies you went to, they did charge something to refill). There are certain age restrictions for various movie ratings and they will post these at the theater entrances, especially R ratings. I'm not sure if they have an overall minimum age policy. I would imagine that if you are old enough and mature enough to handle the transaction, they will honor your intentions.
