If you have young children who love their Nintendo Switch, you may want to reconsider the stay. The IT help for allowing your console to successfully connect to the internet is completely inadequate and the WiFi services are absolutely terrible. Your children will be very very upset. On the positives, the staff are courteous and professional, the breakfast service is good and the rooms are comfortable and kept tidy. They have an excellent hot tub which is the draw of the town. But yes, the WiFi and the IT help are atrocious. I speak from the heart.

Lovely people. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. They also actually clean the rooms every day which is rare since Covid.

I absolutely love the hotel. It is very homey. It's quiet and no one bothers you, very clean. I used to go there several times a month BUT one of my friends stayed there and got kicked out and NOW I am NOT allowed there "because I'm guilty upon association". I had absolutely nothing to do with her or her room but I'm still not allowed there. ABSOLUTELY WRONG! They would get more stars but I can not allow for a great review when I was wrongfully stopped from going there. There is more to the problem!

We have stayed at the hotel before when in the area to ski at Titus. We came back for a hockey tournament. Kids had a blast at the pool. Everything was clean. Folks were friendly. Breakfast choices were decent. We will be back this winter to ski!
