Limited menu, but they're going through some changes so it's understandable. Service was decent. I'll try again next time I'm in the area.

I lived in Saranac Lake from 1973-1982 and frequented The Belvedere often. The Cavallo family always made be feel welcome. I live in San Diego with my family and doubt I will return to Saranac Lake but if I did, I would most definitely eat at the Belvedere and enjoy the same quality food and service.

We have a screened in porch for your dining pleasure!

I believe my parents took my sister and me to Belvedere about 60 years ago. Is that possible? We vacationed in Lake Placid every year and religiously ate at "B". Quite often it was withr n fishing/hunting guide Bill Frayne. Anyone remember him?

They only accept cash or check. They do have an ATM in order to retrieve cash. They do NOT take credit cards.
