Pharmacy staff is awful. They have had my prescription for over a week. I use a teledoctor for my adhd medication and even though they have filled my prescription before they are refusing to refill it. I reached to my provider to call them, called ahead spoke to a woman from the pharmacy who confirmed my provider authorized my prescription and it would be ready. Got there, they stated nobody spoke to me and basically don't want to provide me a prescription because of my teledoctor. Withholding medication from people who pay to speak with doctors and get help should be illegal. Not only has it been hard to seek help without feeling judged this staff has wasted my time and humiliated me in front of others in line by lying and not taking accountability for their own actions like I spoke to a ghost and decided to drive there for the thrill of it. I have never had issues like this before and no longer wish to do business here and changing my pharmacy ASAP!

The Manger on duty , Amy I think, maybe Mary ( young thin blonde) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to honor a digital coupon that I had clipped, said the systems must be down. So I went to the Walgreens down the road and the gentlemen their honored my coupon even though the coupon did not come up in his system. I called the store back with Amy and explain to her that the other Walgreens honored my coupon like she should have, I asked for her name very professionally and she told me no she does not give her name out over the phone. What kind of manager will not give their name out over a professional phone call? She acted like a scared unprofessional teenager, Walgreens please please train your management to do what they're supposed to and overall to be polite kind and courteous to your guests. People like her give your brand a horrible reputation and name, no wonder why your reviews and star rating are so bad.
