Professional service, quality treatment and effective results! My mom got sick from toxic mold in our last apartment, so when we moved we needed to treat our possessions since she's so sensitive to mold. After the move, the clean air of the new apartment decreased in quality because of the contaminated possessions, and I struggled with being there. Once Jeff from Pure Maintenance came in, there was a drastic difference in air quality! Now the air is clean and we got to keep almost all our possessions (a few truly infested item were thrown out). Yes. Our dry-fog is non-toxic and EPA approved. People and pets need to be out of the home for about 6-8 hours during the treatment. Your belongings (including electronics) can all stay - prior to treatment we'll email you some simple steps to help you prepare your home and belongings.

Yes. When we perform a whole home treatment we guarantee that mold will be brought back to a healthy level - if this doesn't happen, we'll re-treat your home. Additionally, we provide a one-year warranty on whole home treatments that is transferable to new owners (as long as a new moisture problem doesn't occur on the property).
