My prescription was called in at 9:30 am. I called at 3:30 pm to ask if they'd received it. The answer was yes and I was *promised* that it would be ready for me at 7:00 pm when I got off work. Guess what? Not only did I have to recite my birthday multiple times, MY PRESCRIPTION WASN'T READY! It took them THREE AND A HALF HOURS for the incompetent Hy-Vee staff to NOT FILL my prescription. Who was the liar that took my call? Why does she think I have the time and energy to drive to Hy-Vee just to hear that she failed me?
