Jenna is the worst but will lead you to believe she is the best. She over processed my hair to the point of gray & wouldn’t fix it. I called 2 weeks later to get it fixed & couldn’t get in & then she cancelled on me twice because of her many medical problems. I went in and because it was more then 2 weeks over the time to fix it she was recharging me. Beware! She has many medical issues that effect her ability to do hair correctly or on time! Beware! I cannot stress this enough. She isn’t medically qualified to do hair. There are processes she cannot do because of her medical conditions. Yes, conditions which are many!

The haircut was good, but the color was terrible. I asked for a cool/ash brown, but got a brassy red/brown. I tried 3 different stylists over time and all of them gave me the brassy color that looks so terrible with my complexion. I'm with another salon now and they explained that D.R. was using too much peroxide for my hair type.

I was happy with my haircut, but it was rly overpriced. I was charged more than I was originally told when I showed up because the stylist was a higher level than I'd asked for. Then I had to stay an extra hour beyond my time slot until they could achieve what I wanted. They also have a very limited supply of men's hair products.

Hair disaster. I will never go back and I will discourage anyone from going. I spend $300 for a full highlight with lowlights and cut. Looked great wet when I left salon but the next day my highlights were brassy and the few lowlights were yellowish. Went back to have it fixed and again my hair looked great wet but it's no better and looks much like a DIY bad dye job. I cry every time I look in the mirror. Waste of $300. I'll have to pay at least that now for color correction.
I don't know what brand but I do know that it doesn't irritate my scalp and lasts better than any I've tried before.

They have a large staff with different skill levels of experience. I am a 60 yr male & very picky about my hair. I wear it longer then most. I seen women of different hair lengths and different ages 21 - 45. They are pricey
Varies by stylist. Also by how much of a highlight you want.
