Yes, they are. However I've had problems with other customers being unwilling to let me by, and with merchandise carts being in the way. So expect having to wait or ask an employee to be able to access an aisle here or there.

They do sell it online but not in the store here. It's on sale right now for $7.49 and normally sells for $11.99 per yard and there is a 2 yard minimum when ordering online. Hope this helps.
