No, your paint cans must be dried out. Home Depot and Lowes both sell a small packet of drying agent. Before disposing of the paint cans at Recycle City, you must remove the lid, stir in the packet, then leave the lid of for drying. Discard the lid and bring your dried cans in for disposal. Alternately, you can use kitty litter or oil dry.

Liquid paints will not be accepted. The paint cans must be opened and a chemical thickener hardener must be added to solidify the paint before disposal
