The guy that was working there was great! Very polite, respectful, and professional. Would definitely recommend checking the place out. It has a few big nice humidors as well with a pretty good selection of cigars.

I’ve been to this elab location twice in the last two weeks. You can easily pull off the expressway and do not need to drive far into the city depending on where your coming from. On a side note, the employer at the desk was clearly high on marijuana and admitted she was a “stoner” but it did not effect her level of service or knowledge of vaping products. She was also beautiful and She was concise and organized and polite, not seeming annoyed in the least if you have a lot of questions. She was probably in a good mood because she was high but I’m not complaining. The other time I went there it was a younger male who was not the most professional but did an okay job. He also did not give me a receipt even though I asked for one. He rung my items out under two transactions because he forgot an item and then only gave me a receipt for one. I also asked about the return policy on vape mods. Explaining if I am disasatifed with it I would like to be able to exchange it the following day, he said he needed to ask his manager but right before he was going to make the phone call he said “Actualy never mind you can’t return it once it’s used unless it malfunctions”. So either he decided not to go the extra mile or was rather spaced out on store policy’s. On a side note, they have a metal bat behind the counter for security. I would advise to get in and out, not the greatest part of Rochester but could be worse. Parking is also a hassle! Very tiny parking lot that is awkward to pull out of and park! It is most busy around 3-6 and on the weekends. The parking lot is shared with an apartment complex so you will find it’s mostly full even though there won’t be any customers in store itself. Every time I’ve went though there’s always been at-least 5 spaces open out of 30 maybe so it’s doable. It is nice that there usually only one or two customers inside because it a very tiny store.

So I decided to vape to over come the smoking. And they are always so helpful and take the time to teach all the ins and outs to the vape world... Friendly and professional. Edited note. Since January I've been ciggerrette free. It's a great alternative. And I feel healthy.
