Went in for a couple RC batteries, newer to the hobby and has some questions about battery size and what you get from each. They just handed me the smallest size and a charger that was 100. I didn’t like the service was going to pay and leave. Thankfully they had computer issues and my card didn’t take. Found the same charger on Amazon for $60. I will just head to Marysville for any of my RC needs

I purchased an RC kit a couple months ago. The employee behind the counter provided instruction on the parts needed to complete the build. I purchased the parts recommended by the employee. The total cost came to over $1000.00. During the assembly of the RC kit it was discovered the parts recommended by the employee were in fact not the correct parts. No big deal. I went to the store to exchange the parts. The very same employee was behind the counter. The employee immediately acknowledged the mistake when I explained what happened. However when I requested the parts be exchanged for the correct parts he refused and referred me to the company’s two week return policy. I understand the need for protocols but companies must hold themselves responsible for their own errors. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges for the incorrect items. Not only has the company lost the items they sold me and the revenue for those items but they’ve lost me as a customer. I try my hardest to buy local but when I’m treated like this I have no sympathy when they get taken out by Amazon.

Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and guided me in the right direction for my wants, needs, budget, and best choices.. I mainly dealt with one sales associate, but interacted with just about all of them while getting set up and everyone was great. Quite happy with this shop. I'll be back. Thank you to the entire team for getting me back into the hobbies I love.
