I had the pleasure of meeting a manager (can’t remember his name) he was mega helpful, and took my name down for a champion’s path box when they finally restock. They not only called me to tell me they’ve restocked DAY OF, but put one away for me since I’d requested it two weeks prior. The girl Vivian kept it locked up for me, and when I arrived she asked me about pre-ordering shining fates which is something no other store had let me do thus far. First time I’ve been able to not pay scalper fees, thank you very much you guys. ❤️❤️ 10 star service from very nice people, GameStop doesn’t deserve you.

The employee with a long grey beard has zero sense of customer service. He was extremely rude and condescending towards me when I was frustrated with the stores policy of putting items on display yet not actually having the item for sale. Another customer told him there was no need for him to be rude and condescending and he made the customer leave "his" store. I've had better customer service at Walmart.

GameStop is currently allowing 6 customers in at a time. I also saw them constantly wiping things down and cleaning.

Can't you trade one of your video games for other video games?

It depends on how much your game is worth, but they will at least give you credit or money towards your next purchase. If you have a lot of games or plan on doing it often become a pro member, and you will get more cash back or trade value. This is all assuming the video games you are trying to trade are not from the dark ages lol. If you are just trying to trade in an out games they offer a pay by the month deal where you can try out as many games as you want its like using gamestop as your personal redbox for murder mission disks.
