Must have an appointment to use the facility. So if you are from out of town like me, looking forward to dropping in, think again. ByAppointmentOnlyFitness doesn't have the same ring to it as Anytime Fitness. If you call you get the machine, which suggests you email them. They dont give you the address however, they tell you to find it on their website. If you decide to leave a message, they will get back to you in a prompt 72 hours...

Love how I can go to the gym after 11PM when foot traffic is slow. But the fact that I have to go late to use equipment is the downside. Would really like to go to the gym earlier but it tends to be busy and there isn't much room or machines to workout with during those times. Their studio is great as you can watch workout sessions from a projector, and not be bothered by other gym goers who yell at the top of their lungs lifting weights.

Ive been working at trying to better my physique for quiet some time now and stumbled across anytime fitness. They are open 24/7 allowing for a more diverse schedule and provide the basic amenities, shower, fountain, even a room with some video training exercises. Ive been going for a month now and will definitely keep using them. The fact they have gyms everywhere makes it convenient for someone who travels fairly frequently. Would recommend.
