I had a recent experience with an employee of the church at the Kroger down the road. She was extreme pushy about me joining/visiting the church even AFTER I said I wasn’t interested and I had my own beliefs and my own establishment. She then proceeded to become ARGUMENTATIVE about how there is “proof” that her religion is factual. I understand being passionate, but that was borderline harassment. It sounds more like a cult hiding behind the name of “church”. If this is how you recruit new members, than you have failed. I will NEVER go to this establishment nor will I ever recommend anyone to do so. In fact if you are thinking about visiting, for you own sanity, I would recommend going LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I enjoyed the sermons and the pastor seemed personable. I didn't feel very welcomed at this church. I was quickly shooed away at the first-timers tent because there was a long line of people wanting to pick up books. I went to the young adult group once but didn't find it fitting. When I first came I walked into the Spanish service, albeit by accident, but even though I am Bilingual with Spanish I was quickly whisked out because I look white. The church just seems too big and disconnected and I hope they can fix these things.
