This office went out of the normal to help us, the Decatur office is not helpful or friendly and can never explain what is needed to help us.

We drove from Mt. Zion to Shelbyville because the Decatur DMV had a line out the door. We didn't have to wait at all in Shelbyville and they were super friendly. I will make that drive from now on if I need to go to the DMV.

There were several people ahead of me, but the staff was efficient and wait was not long. Took care of my business and the young lady answered my questions.
