Rogue was making a terrible noise in right front drivers side called on Monday morning and stated my problem with no appt they told me to bring it over and they would work it in. Diagnosed the problem as a bad wheel bearing that had been replaced 2 months ago. Changed wheel bearing and got back on road within 3 hrs. Excellent work and excellent staff. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend

The kindness and hospitality of this business is unmatched! My family needed to charge our ev vehicle, and we were welcomed to wait inside while we waited. They gave us water and snacks. Unbelievable how lovely everyone here was!

I've posted about Watermark Nissan (formerly Nissan of Marion) before. The Service Department always provides me with 5-star service. Making an appointment is as easy as a phone call. Staff is always welcoming. Steve, Josh, and Tyler listen to my concerns, look up any possible recalls, and are able to tell me what service I'm due for in no time. (I think there's a new gentleman up front. Tim is his name, I believe. Also very friendly, although I've only seen him there a couple of times but haven't dealt with him directly.) If a service is recommended, they discuss it with me but don't force me to do anything. If a service is a necessity or a safety concern, they address it with me and we proceed as appropriate for my schedule, my financial needs, and/or the immediacy of the issue. The guys in the garage do great work and I have never had a complaint with the service I've received. Like I said, 5-star service every time. I recommend them to anyone.
