Horrible! They kept my car from 8am until the following day for a check engine light that didnt affect the performance of the truck. Was told it “Takes a while” to check the codes LOL. Not even a phone call or text message to notify me they would be keeping my car overnight. Was told they are “Short-staffed”. Then stop making appointments!

Where do I start. I checked their website for a great find on this beautiful x4, sent them a message on confirming availability and price…within a few minutes, they call me back and schedule an appointment for me to come in a few days later. They even emailed me a confirmation 24hours beforehand which was a nice touch. I get to the dealership and the facility is gorgeous. Not one crumb on the floor. My sales advisor Peter Chrzanowski, greets me by the receptionist right on time. We chit chat a little and then do a quick test drive…everything runs smoothly, he answers all my questions, we chit chat some more to discuss options. They even has another advisor come over and walk me through the entire car features and controls, which was a great touch. All in all it took a few hours to get all the papers signed and be out the door with my new wheels. The bonus was that they even dropped off my new car to my residence the same day since I drove to the dealership by myself. Excellent service and great staff. I will be definitely coming back.

Masks required. Benches inside and out. Plexiglas inside. High ceilings and plenty of service people to bring your car where it needs to be.
