We were so excited, they got our hopes up after we mentioned a few failed attempts to rent. They gave us the thumbs up on everything, promised we can make the application payment of about $400 and we need to get insurance (we did all that). We trusted them, shared our concerns and then what did they do? Stepped on our hearts! Just everything we asked wasn’t true. We couldn’t rent because all our concerns was legitimate and they made us believe in a crucial time of our journey that all is well. Sadly now they just took our application money, kept silent and never returned a call or mail. We walked in there, they were all smiles still just made as if everything is possible just to ignore our mails again afterward. Why not be honest? Why not try to help out, why not just be real and see if there is a way out and not just ignore someone who is really new at everything and wants to do the right thing. Sad but I won’t recommend them.

Where do I even begin? The complex is aware they have to go to each apartment and force people to move out for two weeks to do some construction. Even with this knowledge, they are giving residents less than a week heads up and no option to reschedule. Unfortunately, right after I received this email that it was now my time to move out in a few days, I had an extremely graphic injury. I tore my leg apart and severely injured my knee. After having to go to the hospital, urgent care, and have the doctor tell me I now need to get an MRI, I asked the apartment complex to at least provide me with someone to help me move since I can barely walk. They completely disregarded that and told me I had to move out anyway with no help. In addition, my mom lives in Florida and was impacted by the hurricane. Talk about the perfect storm. Still, the complex had no remorse and are forcing me to move. Their only response was they could provide me with storage. If you plan to move into the complex, just be aware that it’s only a matter of time where you have to leave your home for 2 weeks with no heads up.

Lived here for four years. I used to think highly of this place but unfortunately have changed my mind recently. While the people who work there seem nice enough, there always seems to be new people working and no one seems to know what’s going on. For example.. I’ve been calling and emailing for the last 5 months and have gotten no where but excuses and “I don’t know, I’ll have them get back to you”. The only people that I’ve found truly genuine and helpful here are the maintenance crew!!:) Honestly so frustrated with this place. They make sure to get their money but when they mess up or owe you money- you can forget it. I’m sure I’m not the first they’ve tried to get one over on and will start reaching out to others to see if they’ve experienced the same since this still hasn’t been taken care of. So yeah.. Don’t even waste your time here, there are nicer places with people who know what they’re doing and won’t rob you.
