I've been locked out of my unit for quite some time now-over a month- I have relocated and am trying to empty my unit. I drive over 30 minutes to be told that the person on-duty was from another store and could not open my unit. I have called daily to see if someone was there that could let me in my unit (lost my keys) and every day I get an "out of office" message and a click. Since, I've been paying for a unit I can't access. It is not fair to me to have to drive 30 mins daily on the hopes that someone will be there to let me in. With the price of units constantly rising, the least you can do is pay someone to be there to answer the phones.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
