Dr. Wynne was an amazing doctor during my pregnancy and delivery and she has been a great pediatrician for my son. She is one of the kindest and friendliest people I have ever met and she always listens patiently to any questions or concerns I might have. If you are looking for good doctor, choose her!

I have been seeing doctors with Edmonds Family Medicine, now Virginia Mason, for over a decade. I have struggled with cancer twice, neck surgery and in the last four years a rare autoimmune disease. I'm a single mom and found life quite challenging. Yes, phone wait times have been longer in all the offices. i believe the acquisition effort of EFM and associated changes coincided with the onslaught of assistance for COVID-19, Clinical services will likely never look like it did 5 years ago. I miss the old days too. i was hospitalized 3 times in the last 24 months and took a good bit of time to understand thier tasks, new procedures and challenges. I visited other clinics (swedish, UW) for second opinions. These offices have also been really crowded! The VM teams have made it possible for me to have a quality of life i didnt believe possible. Extensive, careful testing for a rare genetic disease. A team of 4 specialists who actually communicate about the correct course of action. Yes, i get frustrated with the paper processing problems and the skill level varies. If could ask for an improvement it is in helping people like me figure out the paperwork. I use the portal when possible. Kathy

I’ve been going to this place my entire life. Ever since Virginia Mason took over and replaced the customer service staff with their own, things have gone downhill. I have loved almost every doctor I’ve seen there, but I can’t get past how difficult the front desk staff are. Also, lots of the old doctors (the ones there when it was Edmonds family) have left or retired. It’s a completely different place now. So sad .

I started going here around 2000 when I first moved to the area. I had a great primary care doctor that actually spent time listening to me and actually cared. The staff was good also. Things seemed to go downhill when they became part of Virginia Mason. My primary care doctor also recently retired. Before he retired I tried to see him and could not get in so I had to see other doctors. Most of them were fine. Recently though when I've been in, each doctor I see I feel like they act as if I'm wasting their time. The last straw for me was a couple days ago. I went in, the doctor seemed annoyed, and gave me a couple options. I said I didn't know and wanted her to tell me her opinion on the best course of action. I got a blank stare and was told I could do what I wanted. Isn't that why you go to a doctor? I may as well went on web MD and saved the $$. I'm not going back and hopefully can find a new facility and doctor that actually cares about tge patients.

9am, same time the Walk-In clinic opens.
They have a testing site there right now but unsure if vaccine is available yet
Medicare is accepted, Medicaid, they only accept United Healthcare Community Plan and you have to be assigned to a provider there.
Per the website 7:30am on weekdays and Saturday. 9am on Sunday.
Not taking Medicare at this time, but since we were acquired by Virginia Mason that will most likely change in the near future.
Best to call so they can hear the specifics of your plan and tell you directly but most likely.
Yes, 9 am-4pm
Call them
