Selection is small, prices are not competitive, and the employees are lazy, aloof, and useless. They spend more time playing with thier phones and screwing around than paying attention to anyone. You could ask for help, but they don't know much beyond which corner of the store is dedicated to which sports. Unless youre in a pinch, go somewhere else. Academy Sports is too awesome to not spend money there.

Typically yes. Some online orders come straight from the vendor and must be sent back there. The store will be able to help you send it out if it is that type of order.
