The rooms are nice and spacious, hotel staff is super friendly and the rooms have everything you need, microwave, fridge, and a nice bathroom. Perfect and very affordable for a weekend stay or a night in from driving!!

There is absolutely no excuse in 2022 to not have an elevator for handicap accessibility. It's a 100% indoor facility not like some where you drive up to your room on the outside. Everything else was great but when you don't care for all your guests you get 1 star. Update; and the TV doesn't work but they have an envelope for a tip in the room which means someone got the room ready but didn't make sure things were working. Thanks so much for a relaxing place after a 10 hour drive.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. Our cat and dog were welcomed, which made us feel at home. Right off the NYS Thruway exit in Batavia. I give it a 5 ⭐ rating!
