This gym is RUDE!!! Renee is a manager and she will not work with me on my membership that I canceled last year. And they had charged me since.. balance is 2 hundred something. I tried escalating the issue but they could not get it resolved and now it’s goin to collections!!! Y’all need to do better on reaching out to customers and about the membership and canceling it when I want to cancel it!!!

I used to go to this gym a lot never had any problems but last Sunday I came in with my girlfriend, the young lady working the front was playing on her phone until I got her attention she was rude and when I saw she was frustrated, because I assume shes knew, I walked away an let my girlfriend handle the situation then we worked and the next day I was accused of being aggressive and she said she didn't feel safe. That is a very serious allegation to me for I would never be aggressive to a woman let alone a young girl! So I was informed I'm not allowed at that gym anymore, without management even calling my girlfriend who was right there or myself. Just took the word of this knew girl. I have a couple theories why this happened but I'm not sure. DISCRIMINATION is on top! I cannot imagine what I did to do anything to make anyone feel unsafe nor was I remotely aggressive. If anything my girlfriend was, that's her words, but she wasn't. The girl was just frustrated not trained well an taking it out on me. This is the closest gym to my house otherwise I'd let it go but I can't even get anyone reasonable to speak. It's a shame. Fortunately I'm blessed and I can afford to fight for what's right and my attorney I do have a case plus a witness. I hope they come to there senses before it goes to court an a civil suite is filed directly to the employee for lying DISCRIMINATION an defamation of character plus holding planet fitness accountable for the way it was handled

Front desk, although not everyone don’t have a sense of what customer service is. I’m not expecting a very warm welcome but staff should at least acknowledge you by looking you in the eye and a little smile won’t hurt. I’ve been here several times and most of the staff are rude and always look like they’re having a bad day. I’ve been to more friendly location but this location in particular just let you feel unwelcome. It almost feel like you’re inconveniencing them when you use the amenities. I have several friends who I actually convinced to try this gym and said the same thing. It’s a pattern.

Excellent location that provides a great environment for all who join membership, to engage in themselves in shaping their workouts. Awesome layout from other planet fitness centers. When in kent, stop in and get your body grooving!

Yes it's great...the best way to mix it up is doing research on cross fit n free weights...because they are everywhere and is the core to all exercise.;)
As far as i know they dont do year memberships that you can pay up front. Its 2 year agreements with a monthly withdrawl on the 17th of each month. There ia a 36$yearly membership fee that comes out every september as well on top of it. You can certianally ask if you can pay the full 2 years up front. But im not aure if its possible.

Basic is 10$ plus tax. Black card is 20$ plus tax. There is soso an annual membership fee of 40$ a year that pays in march
They have party tonight for Christmas so they closed early.
A black card member can bring a guest. I don't think you can with a standard membership.

This gym is only open 24/5, Monday - Friday. They are only open during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

Hello Saki, we do not have basketball courts at Planet Fitness. However, our rates for gym access and Free Fitness Training start at just $10 a month!
The best thing to do is to tke an orientation class, the trainer will go over how you use each and every machine as well as offer to make a training plan for you that is specific to your needs. The trainer is also free with or without the black card membership. There are plenty of free classes as well just ask the front desk to see the schedule for the month and see if there are any spots left. Also I LOVE your profile picture. Hope this helped!
No, not really. Dumbbells go up to 75 lb and you can load as much as you can on Smith machines and leg presses, depending on what kind of this location has.
Yes. You can and also you can use your card for purchase like bottled water, protein shake
If you have the black card membership than you can bring one guest with you. You just have to fill the paper work of identification for that person than you are good to take one person with you
