I have lived here for about a year and a half. I like the location and school district. The apartment is spacious and I have met some really good neighbors. Parking can get congested and the pool is rather small for the size of the complex. The staff in the office and maintenance staff have been friendly and helpful when needed.

These apartments are definitely not low income based. My daughter and son-in-law are moving out as are many residents as their yearly lease comes up. They were paying about $975 with the electric, water and trash included. With new owners and new lease would pay $1500 + electric, water and trash if they stayed for same 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apt.
That still doesn’t answer my question.
If you have bad credit and no rental history will u get approved?
Depends on apartment size, if you get a garage or not, and if you have pets. I have a 3 bedroom, garage, and one dog. Pay $1060 a month.
We are closed on Sundays. Our weekend hours are Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
