Dogs run at large, unattended frequently by residents. Where's management? Pay too much a month for this. And their dogs potty in your yard. Only a matter of time before someone gets bit and sues.

It's starting to come together more better since they got some good property workers cleaning up the yards and making the park look like a park again for the kids.
