I arrived for a 7:30 am appointment only to be told that I had to wait until 8:00 am. Initially I was told they would work me in. Then even though I had brought everything else in I was told the order was wrong. I waiting another 15 minutes and finally gave up. Terrible customer service some of the worst I have ever experienced absolutely no respect for the patient or their time.

Definitely get second opinion as the radiologist miss diagnosed my CAT Scan, that caused a terrifying experience to say least.

I've never had a bad experience with them and have been going for many years. I noticed some pitiful stars, so thought I would finally give a review. Sometimes the front desk might be a little pre-occupied, but every single tech that I have worked with is amazing. They are fast and accurate. Never disappointed.
