Good place for seniors to exercise.

This place is a great place for ages 55+, lot's of activities, only $30 a year. If you are lonely and needing to make new friends, this is the place for you. They have excercise room, movie theater, a coffee bar, and have meals for cheap. Me and my wife love it.

My experience at the Arc have been truly an amazing experience. I enjoy every moment that I am there. I find myself there longer than an hour each visit.. I feel relaxed and refreshed every time I visit. I recommend the Arc to those who are eligible.

I believe ARC does. If you contact the receptionist, they can discuss the various classes offered.
Fitness Equipment Orienta!on Members who wish to u!lize the fitness center are required to complete a 30-minute orienta!on. Wednesdays, 5:00-5:30 PM & 5:30-6:00 PM Fridays, 9:30-10:00 AM, No orienta!on July 5th Register for your !me slot at either of the ARC Members Service desks or by calling 888-9099.
