You know I'm on disability and I went here for some help quite some time ago they kind of misled me with assistance on my electric bill. When I went back again a second time for assistance that I thought I received the first time the gal they're treated me like I was reject from a funny farm and that she treated me actually very ill I thought I can't remember the guy was name but she talked so down to me and it's supposed to be family ministries to help people and to be there for people in need especially after a time of colic that we've went through I relocated down here from Minnesota. To get away from all the jargon in that state. It made me very uncomfortable to the point that I don't even know if I'd want to return and sometimes it's hard to ask for help so when you do you must really need it I don't appreciate being talked down to by people that are supposed to be representing our greatest higher power. I will be back because I was misled once again and I'm not sure what they're doing what they're funding for that place but I am partially crippled I'm a disability a very fixed income and I'm only asking for help because I need it not because I want it everyone deserves heat and air in the cold months and in the very hot months here in Illinois.
