Decent service but the food (chicken parm) was very disappointing. It was like a microwaved chicken breast (unbreaded) with a slice of cheese (mozzarella I think) melted on top served over mediocre spaghetti. Came with a artificial Parmesan cheese shaker and garlic toast that was a strange color and flavor. It almost seemed comical.

Not from the area and was looking for somewhere nice to eat lunch. I felt like the staff was a little rude, like they weren’t happy to be there and made me a little apprehensive about what the experience would be like BUT their service was great!! Very timely with everything, made no mistakes. The food was simply amazing. I had the open faced roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and green beans and it’s the best I’ve ate in a long time! My daughter had French toast and eggs, and it was all very well made and tasted great!! I highly recommend this place and if we are ever back in the area wouldn’t hesitate to come here for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

First time trying the chicken noodle. It’s clearly home made and oh so delicious! First time for the chicken parm too and it is super good as well! The staff is always so friendly when I go in to pickup my order and very helpful when ordering over the phone. This is becoming one of our favorite spots in Jacksonville.
