Horrible customer service. It has taken over 3 months to get item ordered and I still do not have it. I understand supply chain issues... what I don't understand is every time I called to check one person would say it is in and needs to be tailored. When I call back to see if it is ready for pick up this person says it is not been received and still on back order... maybe next week. Call again and it is in then not in and the story continues for over a month. Then I am told to pick up next day. Not ready as told. Call the next week and they say maybe sometime this week. No one knows what is going on at this business and they always say well you didn't talk to me so I don't know what you were told. Is this how we do business?

They have you sanitize your hands before entering and selecting a ticket to be helped. Masks must be worn and social distancing is maintained.
