Over all of these years of shopping in this store and buying many pairs of summer shoes, witer shoes, work shoes, husband's shoes, and gifts for various occasions. Today took the cake. I returned a pair of boots back earlier in the year which were 2 different sizes that were a gift to me. Today I took back a pair of shoes that did not work out for me, remind you I had the receipt. I received horrible customer service. The person waiting on me was talking on the phone while attempting to wait on me, then she starts acting like she is hot and saying oh I am having the worst hot flashes today, she turns on a fan she has around her neck on a rope. She has everything all filled out and goes to put in the reason as didn't fit, and then proceeds to tell me oh these are 30 days past due, and I said what does that have to do with anything. She told me they have been doing everything wrong here, and I said tell me where it reads on the receipt that I have to return in 30 days. She said that is the policy. I said I have my receipt and I am your customer.she even refused an exchange, as I would of added that money to a new pair of work shoes. They have lost my business. I will not go back. I bought work shoes about every 2 or 3 months their loss. Very poor customer experience and they have lousy employees with poor customer service.

Got stalked by a newer lady who works there. I think we stared into eachother’s soul at on point fir a good 2 minutes. I was helping someone else pick out shoes & the shoes on my feet cost more than most that were on the shelves but she wanted to follow me throughout to make darn sure their (very cheaply made &brands) were protected. Huge eye roll. Super uncomfortable. Highly annoying.

How long does a customer have to pick up BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
