Unfortunately there is not a trail head or designated parking. We could not find where to enter so we had to scrap our hike for that area.

Wonderful trail down to the beach however be warned it's a bit of a haul. Getting down to the beach itself can only be done using a rope or walking further down the narrow partially eroded trail you will find a ladder that you can climb down. Should be kept to the able bodied.

I'm fairly sure they are required however almost everyone I've seen goes off leash, including myself.
We lived in the Cliffside Apartment complex in 2018 and walked the trail regularly from an access point in the complex. That might not work. I think there might be parking and access at the dead end of 27th Court NW just to the north of the apartments
