The soup tasted great but was barely warm. I asked if they could microwave it. The soup came back just as cold.

Good morning, I'm sorry that I can't give a more positive review. Our experience was actually very disappointing. We brought a nice size group of family and friends and well simply put, neglected by the staff/waitress/supervisor. Food came out 48 minutes after we were seated. We were the first party there but other parties were served first. Our soup was not hot, they placed us in a cold room, when we asked if they would turn the heat on for a little while in the room, the supervisor refused. It was a very unpleasant experience for our family from out of town. We have frequent this restaurant for years. But I don't know if I can patronize a restaurant that doesn't value me as a customer. All the things that went wrong with the service, and nothing was done to accommodate us. No apology, nothing. Every customer is important, everytime!!!!!!
