3 and I'm being nice ;) It definitely isn't Naperville of Lake Forest Illinois is it but with the price and attitude. Again see small town syndrome and time management software. Ever since I've moved to Central Illinois in 2017 ish.. things are NOT equal to big city hospitals and doctors.. sorry to be so blunt. I started at Perry memorial now OSF. Most of the staff are very professional. I feel there is inadequate doctors and nurse practitioners who are trying to manage too Many clients poorly as we all know rural health care is worse than city. I have had visits with surgeons cancelled minutes prior while I drove 1 hour each way more than once. The bedside manner of many Doctors is less than hypocratic or humane. MyChart software install in the new small hospitals OSF gobbled up. Like Spring valley, Princeton Illinois doesn't really work well yet. They have a hard time with accuracy of records, actually reading and I have a delayed diagnosis on a degenerative back that has caused great pain. They need sensitivity training at least. Small towns syndrome is alive and well at OSF. I'll be calling my insurance to see if there is a competitor. And possibly legal services if I so chose

It’s pretty bad when you don’t return a elderly patient’s phone call after several attempts. Pretty sad I had to call to request you do your job. Questionable Ethics.

Time after time the lack of competence and communication skills have negatively effected my healthcare. Most recently, I waited over a week for a simple form to be filled out by my provider for my new employment. I called multiple times to check on the status and was told it was sent to my provider, who I later learned wasn’t even IN the office. I was given no update on this matter. It put my new job in jeopardy. Staff was extremely unhelpful in resolving the issue. If you want efficient, skilled care, look elsewhere.

I absolutely love it! Great way to get to see all the doctors, you don’t even have to leave the building to go to the doctors nor the pediatrician! I would recommend to anyone!
