For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get an appointment with my doctor. Every time the receptionist said they needed to check with the nurse and call me back. I understand people book more at the end of the year, but I can’t even see what’s available. I don’t know why a receptionist, who takes appointment, can’t look at a calendar for any doctor there and schedule an appointment. I work nights so it’s hard to get me on the phone admittedly. But every time I call back they say the nurse has “just left”. It’s 3:00 in the afternoon. I’ll just have to find another doctor. I don’t mind spending an extra 15 minutes to fill out a new patient form if it means, you know, seeing a doctor.

RUDE & SNOTTY STAFF, very dismissive to people feeling ill, especially the elderly. Doc Stetter and nurse are great, but they should fire their office staff. Especially the snot that answers the phone. Why be that way? People are calling because they are worried or need help. Why try to make their day worse? Just gross with the lack compassion.

Front desk lady very rude. Being a employee of UnityPoint myself. I was very disappointed and will never return.

The questions you ask here may not be answered by employees or staff. Personally, I think the reason that your other doctor isn't prescribing the medication you're talking about is that it may not be appropriate anymore. They may have a very good reason for not prescribing it at this time.
