Got chicken salad sandwich for takeout at lunch. Food was freshly made but I've never had so much black pepper in chicken salad in my life! Thought I was going to start blowing smoke rings! Definitely not my best lunch take out, especially since this was my first time trying Holt Bros.... probably my last.

Call John Holt and ask him I think he can probably whip something up the Holt family owns three restaurants between the three of them I think they could cover it
I don't know that the menu is online yet. I have eaten there a couple of times. They have brisket tacos, bbq tacos, burgers with different toppings, other regular bbq items, ff, tater tots, slaw. That's all I remember. I always get the brisket tacos.
