Called me and then became upset that I returned the missed call. Disgusting people working the phones. Mourning a death and they want to get an attitude with me because I thought they were calling me for a reason. I'm genuinely disgusted

Please don't put your loved ones here! This place is the bottom of the barrel and so is half of the staff. It is filthy and they don't clean. Not even between the last resident leaving one room to your loved ones being admitted. The staff is rude until they find out that you are a Registered Nurse and can legitimately cause havoc. The good reviews are from employees!

My brother stayed here 😭😭This place needs (HELP) The care he received here was gut wrenching BAD.He has bed sores because he was never getting turned.Doing Covid-19 pandemic I can say this place drop the Ball even more because now you can't see your love ones.They begin to do even less work for tending to the needs of my brother. He was a stroke victim so they neglect him because he could barely even say anything but he could understand you.So if you have a Love one don't waste your time on this place unless you don't mind your love ones being Abuse in a # PASSIVE NEGLECT way#.
