My electric is due to be disconnected Wednesday. I've told them I have the money in the bank. It will be available on Friday. They didn't care. I've already gotten a call on my landline. A call on my cell phone. A text message. They think it's ok to harass customers.

Liars and thieves. Watch your bill like a hawk. Especially if you move. They’ll bill you at two locations for months if you let them. Totally unresponsive when attempting to resolve.

Well, you pay for usage... Billing happens after 1 month... If you have bad or no credit, there may be a deposit, but that is case by case.
