This is the absolute worst dealership ever. DO NOT BUY HERE. The cars are terrible and the mechanics they pick are absolutely terrible. The salesman Joseph is the worst salesman I’ve ever worked with. The way he talks to customers is unbelievable. If I could give it 0 out of 5 stars I would trust me. It only got 1 star because Google made me. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

Edit to update....Do NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! Years later and many cars purchased. I had to update review. Julie is gone now:( Shane is not a good human. ! (Neither was Marshall ) but Shane was rude and told me he don't like his minimum wage car sales job . Iv never even met him only talked to him on the phone !!!!!!Do NOT USE this PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Save for a heater with a beater and give it a magical name and enjoy the ride. Buy a bus pass or moped. My first car loan..in the beginning.i was scared at first but Julie at the champaign location really eased my mind giving me all the information i needed to make my decision..long journey but Now I own a vehicle. I love my van. And i love julie. Im gonna miss her. Years later I had to update review. Shane is not a good human.

This company took over over two months to get back to me about my application. That is terrible! I got a car elsewhere, but it’s really bad for an auto sales company to take two that long to follow up on an application. During the time I tried, these people weren’t helpful either.
