I scheduled a free inspection. The inspection was performed without the inspector actually going under the house. The inspector saw insulation hanging in spots under the house and recommended that the insulation be removed prior to a full inspection being performed. During the same time, work is being performed on the house and a customer of Harris Pest Control recommend another inspector to come out who would not mind hanging insulation. Harris Pest Control refused to send the recommended worker of the company instead the receptionist had the original inspector call me, and then the original inspector talked with another inspector and they both agreed that the insulation had to be removed. However, the comments were given to the Harris Pest Control by the original inspector that the space was not accessible. This is not true. He never went under the house. He saw hanging insulation and decided that it all had to be totally removed before he could do his job. This was all done in poor customer service. No one else came out to review the situation, and if there was a person who was able, capable, and willing to do the job that the original inspector was unwilling to do then why was I not given the opportunity to have that person do the work. I will be on alert for any of my friends, associates, church members, etc.. and advise them to not use Harris Pest Control.

I live at 314 Gaillard Street in Kingstree every time I call them they're reliable and all you have to do if you cannot make your appointment is call them they'll reschedule you they'll come out in emergency if your payment is late they don't send a lot of letters I recommend them to my friends in New Jersey who lives in New Jersey and have houses here in South Carolina I would recommend them to the White House Best pest control in the country
