So, I hated on this place when the wait staff looked like hipster lumberjacks with their plaid shirts and suspenders (look how down home we are. yech) The company I kept at the time wasn't the best so that may have influenced my original option. I digress, I ordered the BLT. Quit it. Flat out amazing. I know. A BLT labeled as amazing. I wouldn't believe it either I less I sunk my own teef into that succulent baconie bad boy. Delish!! My special lady friend had the burger with the option of gluten free biscuits as the bun. She raved. She darn near fainted. Weak in the knees if you will. Might have been the wine on an empty stomach but nevertheless she too raved and sung the praises of our lunch time fare. The fries btw. Whoa momma good good good. If you're looking for solidly good food in the Edwardsville area this is the spot. I didn't even mind the bill. This notoriously cheap man paid it happily as I left satisfied and very pleased.
